At Duke's Place it is our aim to source as many of our breakfast ingredients from local suppliers.
You might like to know that normally...

• Our eggs come from our electrician who has a smallholding nearby.
• Our sausages are made at our village butchers or bought from Keeble's of Masham.
• A recent addition to the breakfast menu are venison sausages - bought direct from the local estate. They are lean meat and can be pork free, and are proving very popular.
• Tomatoes in season are home grown wherever possible and mushrooms are also sourced locally or from the fields when in season.
• Our marmalade is produced locally in the village of Crayke.
• Smoked meat and smoked fish come from local smokehouses.
• Our range of speciality fishcakes are delivered fresh from Devon (they are the best we can find!)
• Our tea and coffee comes from Bettys of Harrogate... of course.
